So one of my friends is feeling down and she requested a 'meme'. Being a recent addition to the LJ community (okay, so I joined back in September, but I still don't feel like I know anything -_-;) I had to ask what a meme was and all that jazz. I think I've got it now though, and I'm going to try my hand at it... though I don't know all that happy coding stuff that others know. :(

Yay! I'm in Florida! I have been for the past week or so, actually! Haha.. I'm just so slow at LJ.

Anyway. Not much to say about it. It was an orchestra tour trip, so we had to drag along the instruments which was not the most fun thing in the world. Our concerts went well though, and I think we made a good impression on the people here. I'll be glad to be getting home though. I miss Minnesota and the ability to be on my own schedule. I don't like schedules very much. ^^;;

I did well in all my classes from last semester. Yahoo! The worst grade I got was in Latin, a 3.0. :/ Boo. I'm really going to try harder at that next semester. Maybe I can show an improvement which will look good on my transcript for Grad school. <3

Hello friends! Because I fail at making webpages I'm going to go ahead and use Livejournal to create my project for my Heaven, Hell, and the End of the World class. I'll put the whole thing under LJ cut, no worries. Feel free to read it if you want.. I'm also posting it so I can just give my professor a handy dandy link in case he wants to use my presentation in the future. ;) Mwahaha, I winz at having a final project involve video games. n_n/

So last night a fire alarm went off, at 11:49pm. I was not amused. :| I won't go into it too much because everyone has angry dorm-fire-alarm stories but I did find it amusing that the first reaction my roommates and I had was to try to take down our room fire alarm to see if that was randomly going off. It wasn't. :| I have never heard a fire alarm as piercing as this one. x_x I think it was made to keep college students from staying in their rooms during drills (or a real fire). My ears are still ringing this morning. :|

In other news I had a really random dream last night about having long hair again. O_O; It kinda felt like how people with missing limbs describe it when they can feel their 'phantom limb'. (I'm sorry if that's a really offensive description to those who have missing limbs or those with family or friends who do -_-; ) It wasn't as long as I once had it (down to my waist) but it felt really nice anyway, long blond hair swinging halfway down my back. I've been growing it out for several months now, and I can't wait until it gets that long again. n_n/

In other other news, econtra_rpg is amusing the heck out of me right now. XD Magical mistletoe is springing up all around and trapping two characters under it until they kiss. At the moment my dear Samus is stuck under one with Master Chief. It's a thread for the ages. XD Here if you want to read it. Midna's eventually going to get some smooches with Jareth and Achmed I hope.~ And I'm hoping to get my Wolf app done before this Saturday so he can join in on the fun. :3

Anyway, not much going on with me.. I got a new computer, yay! I have 1000000 things to do for Medieval Studies (not so yay). And.. um... Thanksgiving was fun. >_>
